Hanasakeru Seishun: Rambles and So On

It's a shoujo thing but I think it's more of a "telenovela" pattern.
This series was more of a "what's going on with rich people's lives and their love lives" thing.

General:Everything was somehow convenient. The rich father sets up a husband hunting game where he set 4 dazzling and standing out men on the field. The daughter gets in the field and is conveniently getting close and pleasing to the 4 guys. Too convenient...just convenient. The guys are also captivated. (Don't get me wrong. I take a liking to the heroine though I would be lying if I'd say I like her 100%)

Execution: It has major problems. Most of the relaying of events is by mouth. Too much talk. I think it's a budget problem. The series moves on with less action and variation which may make it boring. Talk here and talk there. Walk for a while. Ride a car for a while. Talk and talk again. Well, that may be the nature of this sort of setting. Because mainly, the main characters are very rich, caged people (except Kajika, though), they don't really move or do much effort except talk a lot

Boring execution and boring storyline. Maybe it's because I never relate to rich people's lives or the storyline doesn't really surprise me? Convenient...too convenient. It's not gonna leave some legacy or anything fancy but the romance part of it is well, a-ok, I guess but not that satisfying as well.

It follows a boring pattern of getting in trouble and being saved. How the heck do they really plan to develop the characters?

I'm giving it more chances to entertain me though.

Art: It is a-ok at some scenes but it gets pretty disheveled at times. (haha) The backgrounds are gorgeous, honestly. Settings are a-ok. Characters are beyond average.
